Recycled EPS, Resin, Fiberglass, Gold Leaf

66” x 66” x 3”

Words from the artist:

This work is one of three that made their way to Canada! Yes, Canada. Creating larger pieces is always a challenge, both physically and mentally, and this time round we tripled the effort, because why the hell not. In talks for over a year on these (see other two works here); from initial talks to concepts and execution, I’m kind of sad to see them go. I like the idea of creating sets of works that can live on individually. A lot more thought goes into these small “families” or fine art. There’s something fun about the idea that collectors are thinking that far into the future with “not so small” pieces of you in their possession. Its always great to feel that! I’m honored to go big and make works for such wonderful people and their collections.
